These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "your") and Kuda55 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website accessible at https://kuda55.click and all associated services, games, applications, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Kuda55 is an online gaming platform offering live casino games, sports betting, slot games, lottery, arcade games, and related entertainment services to eligible players. We are committed to operating transparently, responsibly, and in good faith towards all registered users.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on the Kuda55 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Kuda55 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered Users. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds returned (less any promotional credits), and the matter reported to relevant authorities where required.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gaming platforms is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of using the Platform within your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme, whether administered by the Platform itself or by any third-party responsible gambling authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Kuda55 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account termination.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

To create an Account, you are required to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your date of birth, and your preferred currency (MYR). You will be sent a verification email to confirm your registration. Accounts that remain unverified for more than fourteen (14) days may be deleted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Kuda55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any point at our discretion for compliance purposes, Kuda55 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (Malaysian MyKad), passport, bank statement (issued within the last 3 months), or utility bill. KYC is processed within one (1) to two (2) business days under normal circumstances.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk and discretion. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss and that Kuda55 does not guarantee any outcome or return.

• Placing real-money wagers on games and betting markets offered by the Platform using your personal Account balance.
• Participating in promotional offers, loyalty programmes, and tournaments where eligible.
• Accessing customer support for legitimate account and transaction queries.

Kuda55 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, server downtime, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access. Kuda55 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Kuda55 supports the following approved payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: RM30,000 per transaction (RM10,000 for e-wallet transactions).
• DuitNow and e-wallet deposits are credited instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible.
• All pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.
• KYC verification must be completed in full prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• Kuda55 reserves the right to request additional documentation for transactions above RM10,000 in compliance with AML obligations.
• Withdrawal processing times: 5–30 minutes for e-wallets and DuitNow under normal conditions; up to 24 hours for bank transfers.

Kuda55 offers various promotional incentives to eligible registered Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement of between 10x and 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. The exact multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds remain active in your Account, your maximum permitted bet per round or spin is RM250. Bets exceeding this limit may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%. Certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be claimed within 30 days of issuance, and wagering requirements must be completed within 7 to 30 days of the bonus being credited, depending on the promotion.
• Maximum Cashout: Where applicable, a maximum cashout limit on bonus-derived winnings may apply. This limit will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as "sticky", the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn. Only winnings generated from gameplay using sticky bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal upon satisfaction of wagering requirements.

Users who successfully refer a new player to the Platform — where the referred player registers a verified account and completes a qualifying first deposit — will receive a referral reward of MYR 38 per successful referral. There is no stated cap on the number of eligible referrals. Referral rewards are subject to standard wagering requirements.

Verified Users with a completed KYC profile are eligible for a tier-based birthday bonus, ranging from MYR 188 (Bronze tier) to MYR 2,688 (VIP tier). Birthday bonuses are credited automatically to eligible accounts and are subject to applicable wagering requirements and the standard 30-day expiry window.

All games and betting markets available on the Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within the relevant game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules. The following general betting rules apply across all Platform services:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Kuda55 does not accept cancellation requests for placed wagers except where permitted by specific game rules (e.g., pre-match sports betting void conditions).
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, all affected bets will be declared void and stakes returned to the User's Account.
• Kuda55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome where a clear pricing error, data feed error, or technical fault is identified, at our sole discretion.
• For sports betting, markets are subject to the rules of the relevant governing sporting body. Results are determined by the official result at the time of market settlement.
• Live (in-play) betting decisions are final once the relevant action has been confirmed on-screen. Latency or connectivity issues on the User's end do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.

Kuda55 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes its duty of care to all registered Users seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• Age Restriction: Kuda55 operates a strict 21+ minimum age policy. Any User found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately terminated.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies before any upward adjustment takes effect.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed within the minimum exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides optional session time notifications to help Users maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to access the Platform or place wagers.
• Collusion with other Users to exploit games or promotional offers.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other obfuscation tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate deposits through your payment provider without first seeking resolution through Kuda55's customer support team.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Kuda55 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kuda55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Kuda55.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kuda55 shall not be liable to any User for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• The outcome of any game or wager placed on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's Account due to the User's failure to secure their credentials.
• Any reliance on information or content displayed on the Platform.
• Any third-party payment processor delays, errors, or failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Kuda55's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Kuda55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass or complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against the Platform.
• Violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Where an Account is terminated for cause, Kuda55 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance in accordance with the circumstances. Where an Account is closed by the User's own request and in the absence of any breach, the remaining real-money balance (less any pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original payment method.

Kuda55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification and/or a prominently displayed notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which Kuda55 holds its gaming authorisation. Any disputes arising between the parties shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through Kuda55's customer support escalation process.

Where you access the Platform from Malaysia, you acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Malaysia are subject to local legislation, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws. Kuda55 makes no representations that Platform access is legal in all jurisdictions.
